1 - How much does delivery cost? 
The delivery costs are variable in relation to the weight, size and destination of the goods. They are calculated automatically and clearly viewable in the shopping cart before placing the order.
For international delivery we only accept payment by credit card or bank transfer in advance. COD (payment on delivery) is not possible out of Italy.

2 - How do I receive the goods I ordered?

La merce viene consegnata al piano "strada" (o piano terra). We also warn that we do NOT mount or install, not do we destroy or remove used items.

3 – What happens if my order is lost or damaged during delivery? 
At the moment of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is expected to check that:

• The number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated on the transport document;
• The packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise ruined, even for the materials used for binding (adhesive tape or staples). In the case this is not so, it should be indicated on the courier’s transport document under the item “I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION” specifying lightly the description of the anomaly encountered (ex: wet wrapping, holes in the package, stains on the package, etc.), otherwise S.I.F.F. will NOT accept complaints nor exchange the goods.
• At the time of delivery, if the Customer should hear odd noises inside the package, we advise signing the courier’s DDT (transport document) with the statement “I accept with reservation” and indicate “suspect noises” even if the package looks intact.

4 – What are the available payment options? 
It is possible to pay on delivery of the goods with a money order, credit card or else via Bank Transfer in advance.

5 – What type of order confirmation will I receive? 
After clicking on Confirm order at the end of the guided buying procedure, your transaction will be confirmed with an order number. We advise you to print out and save a copy of this page for reference. With your authorisation of data treatment, you will also be sent confirmation of your order via email.

6 – I forgot my access password to my account. What can I do? 
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on “I have forgotten my password”; at this point enter your email address. We will send you instructions for creating a new password via electronic post.

7 – Do I have to register to place an order? 
No. Registration is not necessary to place an order. However, we suggest you register. The procedure is quick (just insert your name, email address and password) and the advantages are many, for example:

• Saving invoicing and delivery information
• Saving articles in the cart for 90 daysto complete the order when you want to
• Receive updates and special offers relative to S.I.F.F. products and promotions

8 – Where can I find information regarding old orders?
If you want information regarding orders placed more than 90 days ago, contact Customer Service through the “Contacts” page.

9 – Is buying with a credit card safe?
All purchases made with a credit card with S.I.F.F. are absolutely safe: in fact, when you enter your credit card number, you will be directed to a bank server, through a virtual POS protected by cryptography. Thus the information on the credit card will not be acquired by S.I.F.F. who will only receive via the bank server authorization of the transaction.
